Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Career Growth Specialist to develop and implement strategies that drive client adoption and satisfaction.

This individual will be responsible for understanding customer business needs and providing solutions using our business messaging platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develops comprehensive understanding of customer business needs and strategies, offering solutions using our business messaging platform.
  • Strategic Planning: Guides strategy, planning, and implementation of use cases to deliver against client key performance indicators.
  • Training and Education: Delivers trainings and builds global playbooks/guides for clients regarding best practices around product implementation and solutions success.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively seeks customer feedback and identifies opportunities for improving performance.
  • Product Adoption: Drives product and feature adoption, providing ongoing education to partners about new and existing features.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in customer success, account management, consulting, strategic partnerships, and pre-sales roles at a software/SaaS/CPaaS company.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience.
  • Communication Skills: Experience translating complexity into simple action plans, explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and improving customer experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement.
