- Sales Team Support: Analyze sales performance and provide strategic planning to maximize revenue growth.
- Sales Performance Process Coordination: Monitor sales processes and provide analysis to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to track sales funnel, lead sources, and pricing across countries.
- Alignment with Revenue Goals: Collaborate with sales and finance leaders to ensure sales strategy aligns with revenue targets in Latin America.
- Omnichannel Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities to leverage coworking products and revenue streams.
- Bachelor's Degree from a leading institution with a major in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative focus.
- 4+ years of total work experience in consulting, financial services, sales operations, or growth; ideally supporting fast-paced areas.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition, growth strategies, and operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Natural curiosity and proactivity in learning.
- Advanced Excel skills, programming is a plus.
- Advanced English speaking, Spanish is a plus.
