Content Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Development Specialist to develop high-quality training content following established methodologies and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content development, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to create clear and engaging texts for different audiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing training content in educational objects using predefined methodologies and strategies
  • Analyzing technical information required for development with Instructional Designers or Coordinators/Managers
  • Elaborating content, adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience/training, according to briefing provided
  • Developing support materials such as lesson plans, handouts, instructor manuals, learning assessment instruments, and test questions
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Completed degree in Pedagogy, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or Advertising
  • Previous Experience: Solid knowledge of developing training content, previous experience is a plus
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and technological advances in the field of telecommunications
  • Ability to carry out effective research to find relevant and up-to-date information on telecommunications, customer service, and customer experience
  • Ability to manage content development projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and materials are delivered on schedule
  • Willingness to learn and assimilate new information quickly, keeping up to date with changes and advances in the field of telecommunications and home automation
