As a Team Lead in MEP works, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex data center projects. You will oversee field productivity, manage change effectively, and ensure technical excellence throughout every phase.

About Your Role

You will report directly to the Construction Manager and lead a team of Site Engineers and Foremen. The team ensures quality, safety, productivity, and coordination across MEP disciplines, collaborating closely with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to achieve seamless execution across project zones and disciplines.

This is a site-based role requiring relocation. We are holding interviews in various locations.
