Expert Support Specialist Job Description

We are a leading software firm specializing in digital transformation. Our team of experts works with clients in LATAM and the United States to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

You will be an integral part of our projects, working closely with our team and clients to drive success. As an expert Java specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical support issues for senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members to improve skills and knowledge
  • Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms
  • Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Work closely with the engineering team to drive client issue resolution and improve processes
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and supporting applications running on Java
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to write quality-of-life snippets for clients
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable coding in Java, and have a basic knowledge of UI and API integration. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results.
