We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing wireless technology and beyond. You will be responsible for collaborating with large companies to achieve successful joint business outcomes.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing large-scale projects to drive growth and innovation. You will be assigned a set of target accounts in key industries where you will build client partnerships and implement account strategies to meet growth targets.
Your industry expertise, strong technical knowledge, and sales skills will be essential in managing the entire client lifecycle while integrating advanced technology solutions to deliver business results. You will demonstrate thought leadership on industry trends and identify potential technology partners.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute account plan strategies, meeting sales and revenue goals, and achieving performance metrics. By analyzing customer needs and employing solution-based selling techniques, you will become a trusted advisor, highlighting the value of our capabilities to secure new business.
- Sales Excellence: Create and qualify new opportunities by identifying desired business outcomes within the account, drive overall account growth, work with cross-functional partners to create and progress account plan strategies.
- Account Management: Manage the development and application of a dynamic customer plan to maintain a sustainable, long-term business portfolio. Demonstrate an understanding of the customer's business model to articulate growth opportunities and leverage industry expertise to shape the ecosystem.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively elevate relationships and strategies through multiple levels of the organization to secure buy-in and execution. Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact and expand into other areas of the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: Work with leadership and the account ecosystem to shape long-term direction and influence business metrics. Develop and implement strategies to expand market position for assigned accounts and position new solutions for expanding business in evolving customer environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who has experience in managing large enterprise accounts, particularly in the healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in business sales, with a focus on Fortune 500 healthcare companies. They will also have prior experience leading technology implementations in the healthcare vertical and a strong understanding of the wireless industry.

- Sales Execution: Lead daily customer interactions to create new sales opportunities and relationship growth within the account deck.
- Product Knowledge: Serve as the primary interface for all products and services, creating demand by raising their profile with customers.
- Communication: Adapt communication style depending on the audience and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Autonomy and Navigation: Work autonomously and navigate internal and external partners and stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
- Negotiation: Confidently handle sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients.
- Executive Level Presentations: Create and present content to C-level executives with professional confidence.
- Contractual Agreements: Work with Legal to draft contract terms.
- SalesForce.com: Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to navigate the system.
- CRM and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- T-Mobile Tools & System Knowledge: Ability to navigate T-Mobile's CRM, systems, and tools.

TravelTravel is required for this role, but arrangements will be made to minimize the frequency and duration of travel. Safety and regulatory compliance are taken seriously, and necessary measures will be implemented to ensure a safe working environment.
Target Cash Pay Range: $187,000 - $337,300, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $112,200 - $202,380. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
