Key Responsibilities- Recruit candidates by using databases, portals, and social media platforms
- Manage and maintain candidate data, including resumes, cover letters, and interview schedules
- Lead and follow up with the existing team of recruiters to ensure that all open positions are filled in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire

- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a BPO industry
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience in managing a team of recruiters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
