About the Role
">This strategic position involves working closely with operational and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. You will act as a security and crisis management subject matter expert, keeping leadership informed of key issues and analyzing metrics to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct confidential investigations and prepare reports on theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents
- Identify process vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions
- Develop and implement security best practices
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with external partners, including law enforcement and security vendors

Requirements
