• Provide technical support for product development, processing techniques, equipment operation, and troubleshooting internally and externally.
• Offer guidance to customers and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Support sales teams by demonstrating technical product knowledge and solutions at customer sites.
• Solve service, delivery, and application problems for customers.
• Train and instruct customers on end-use applications of products; assist in training sales teams, distributors, and internal/external customers.
• Evaluate and develop data for new products and assist in their launch.
• Conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop projects for new customer installations.
• Qualify and manage equipment and service suppliers to support customer operations.
• Manage maintenance of site equipment and structures at customer locations, including periodic visits to support maintenance teams.
• Review and approve technical reports from maintenance service providers.
• Provide technical support related to customer site activities.
• Prepare site reports and develop maintenance plans.
• Manage and control maintenance costs at customer sites.
