Product Industrialization Expert

The primary goal of this role is to optimize the industrialization process for products, ensuring seamless confection and vulcanization control. To achieve this, you will be responsible for implementing project-specific tooling and devices related to the confection and vulcanization process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve indicators related to the confection and vulcanization process, including investments and parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather local confection and vulcanization management requirements, demands, and feedback.
  • Support global or local confection and vulcanization management-related projects and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Initiate cost-saving projects and conduct thorough testing of the confection and vulcanization process.
  • Ensure smooth transition to full-scale production and handle initial sample test reports after product or process changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a correlated field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience in rubber and plastic production processes.
