Job Summary

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Country Head to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market share, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, expand our market share, and increase revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
