Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Expansion Lead to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our banking and expansion strategy in Brazil, working closely with our product, compliance, and government relations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our banking and expansion strategy in Brazil, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and improve our product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, regulators, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with our product team to develop and launch new products and services in Brazil, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and comply with local regulations.
  • Manage and support the day-to-day requirements for our current licenses in Brazil, ensuring we remain compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in Brazil, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in banking and expansion, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
