Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior PPC Specialist to enhance our Paid Search division. The primary goal is to optimize and expand client paid media accounts by achieving competitive customer acquisition costs while increasing Google ad spend. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong understanding of marketing principles to devise cost-effective advertising solutions. Clients will rely on your expertise for strategic guidance and to realize their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to boost brand visibility and drive user acquisition through Google campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client brands to fully grasp their needs, unique selling propositions, and product offerings.
  • Perform extensive market research to uncover strategic advertising opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and assess competitor tactics, providing valuable insights for media buying and campaign optimization.
  • Leverage Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Supermetrics to generate actionable insights aimed at enhancing client revenue month-over-month.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including presentations, audits, and performance dashboards, to communicate results and insights effectively.
  • Establish advertising timelines for client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
  • Craft and test engaging copy for Google campaigns to resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay informed about audience preferences to proactively recommend new campaign initiatives.
  • Identify emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to inform leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a US agency or a similar environment, managing multiple clients with significant lead generation needs.
  • Proficient in offline conversions and familiar with platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and marketing efficiency ratio (MER).
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas for KPI improvement.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Experience in sectors such as Mortgage, Insurance, Solar, and B2B lead generation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with call tracking tools and driving inbound calls is essential.
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in copywriting is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of UTM string structuring and campaign tracking.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
  • Integrity, optimism, and respect are fundamental values.
  • Willingness to work within Central Standard Time timezone.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional advertising platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
