About This Opportunity

The IT Project Manager II role involves managing project planning and execution for new and established initiatives. This position oversees multiple projects or one large project throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

This is a challenging opportunity to manage complex issues and problems, define project scope, risks, and objectives, and assemble a project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medium-to-large-scale standard and custom projects.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to plan and execute project goals.
  • Drive project planning activities and create project schedules using MS Project.
  • Set direction for project resources and supervise tasks to successful completion.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through proactive escalation of issues and clear communication.
Qualifications
  • Substantial knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Change and Release Management processes.
  • Experience leading technology implementations/system integrations, particularly in transaction processing, digital, and ecommerce systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders and influence others to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, written, and oral communication skills.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project or Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
