Senior Software Engineering Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their recruitment skills and gain experience in interviewing candidates for various job roles.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and position requirements, source and identify potential candidates on professional platforms, write and send tailored emails and InMails to engage and attract candidates, maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress, and participate in candidate interviews and assessments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiter role at a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience sourcing software engineers for startups and understanding various software engineering positions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Post-secondary degree in any field.
