We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting actively, managing a strong B2B pipeline, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect actively: cold calls, emails, outreach
- Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
- Respond fast to inbound opportunities
- Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals
- Track activities and KPIs in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2+ years outbound sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
- CRM/prospecting tools experience
- Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, autodialers
- Previous experience with U.S. sales market
- Consistent record of exceeding outbound targets
To succeed in this role, you will need the following setup:
- 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
- High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office
