Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer - Services to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our EPCI project team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks;
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal utilization;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards;
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or engineering;
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
- Strong technical knowledge of EPCI projects and processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and other project management tools;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Power BI skills;
- Fluency in English.
