About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior analyst in a growing global team within the operations practice area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory for diagnostics and live projects.

  • Developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal websites.
  • Supporting business development and go-to-market efforts of the procurement topic business.

The operations practice area is one of the functional practices that helps clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. As a SA on client focus (CF) track for the operations practice area & procurement business in Brazil, you will drive problem-solving and solutioning for clients, generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in operations processes related to procurement strategy, value delivery, operating model, and Digital/Gen AI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to demonstrate expert presence and credibility.
  • Excellent work ethics, service-mentality, and willingness to showcase expertise.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of consulting experience in operations/procurement required.
  • At least 3 years of industry or specific sector experience.
  • Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
