Job Description

As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). You will address, switch, route, configure wireless networking, DNS, firewalls, content delivery networks, load balancers, network functions virtualization, private networks, and internet connectivity.

You will assist in adopting monitoring and data collection tools in the network, supporting carrier trunking with the local network, and performing testing and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing LANs and WANs
  • Configuring wireless networking, DNS, firewalls, and other network components
  • Implementing network functions virtualization and private networks
  • Supporting carrier trunking and performing testing and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst with advanced English language proficiency and experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and IMAC for access/border/core networks on Cisco/HP devices.

Key skills required include:

  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Cisco CCNA certification
  • Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and IMAC for access/border/core networks on Cisco/HP devices
  • Knowledge of small/medium switches (L2/L3), routers (L3-L7), and WLAN on Cisco/HP devices
  • Understanding of Palo Alto firewalls, SASE, and cybersecurity information
  • Identification, testing, and deployment of cabling (CAT5-9, fiber optics MM/SM)
  • Testing for data communication radio & mobile access
  • Knowledge of NSX/virtualization networks
  • Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication
  • Palo Alto VPN server/Windows Jump Server configuration

Desirable skills include:

  • Knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei for network (LAN/WLAN) and security devices
  • Experience with MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA
  • Experience with EndUser support, including record, diagnosis, and problem-solving in microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, and related areas
  • VMware NSX Certification
  • Basic knowledge of Zabbix configuration for network devices
