We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Technical Support Trainee, responsible for gaining hands-on experience in technology support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Manage users and devices in Microsoft Office 365 platforms ensuring security compliance.
- Basic knowledge of Exchange, Intune, and cloud file servers is required.
- Control of IT assets and equipment inventory is a must.
- Install and configure software as needed.
- Provide technical assistance for printers and network issues.
- Use ticketing tools and incident management to resolve problems efficiently.
- Offer internal customer support or Level 1 technical support resolving problems promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Assist the IT team in maintaining operational processes and delivering exceptional user support.
- Currently enrolled in a technical or higher education program in an IT-related field with expected graduation between 2026 and 2027.
- Excellent communication skills and ease in user support are essential.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 is necessary.
- Availability to work full-time onsite in the specified area is required.
