We are seeking a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to join our global projects, working with cutting-edge technologies across front-end and back-end layers.

Job Description

This is a full-time position, part of an engineering team that designs, develops, and supports digital platforms. Our ideal candidate will be highly experienced in software development, particularly in front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to guiding cross-organizational engineers in following platform-level design patterns.
  • Orchestrate CI infrastructure for optimal pipeline performance.
  • Provide meaningful feedback on release testing plans.
  • Resolve conflicts within projects and partners.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of web development experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and at least one other front-end framework.
  • Comprehensive understanding of back-end code, databases, security, and APIs.
  • Experience implementing web security standards in development.
  • Ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, platforms, test methodologies, and patterns rapidly.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical information to various partners effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience building automated test suites and using granular debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, etc., and experience setting up deployment pipelines.
