Senior Content Strategist

The job entails being a creative lead in producing high-quality, data-driven content for paid marketing channels.

We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Response Copywriter to spearhead our content strategy and create engaging ad scripts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting compelling copy that drives results and meets business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles. They will write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week and come up with static ad ideas on a weekly basis.

The Direct Response Copywriter will also analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns and collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.

• DTC experience: 3+ years of experience in creating performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency is a must.
• Tools & Metrics: Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets to present ideas and campaign outcomes effectively.
• UGC Experience: Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels.
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $70,000 per year + performance bonus structure based on experience and expertise.
