The Procurement Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the procurement team at a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:- Register suppliers in the system.
- Make quotations with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders in an ERP system.
- Monitor delivery times with suppliers.
- Issue import and/or export documents, assisting and monitoring the flow of documents with interested parties.
- Assist in checking customs and tax documents.
- Assist in checking NCMs and taxes.
- Send tax and financial documents to accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree or currently studying in Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in the area.
- Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Tax Knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS).
- Proactive profile.
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
