About this role

  • We are seeking a seasoned game designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative games that create connected communities.

As a primary feature owner, you will design core systems that drive player engagement and behavior. You will collaborate with senior designers and product leaders to develop major features and systems, while mentoring and nurturing the growth of junior designers.

You will be responsible for creating proposals that articulate how features and systems uphold the game's design pillars, delivering clear specifications to cross-functional teams, and providing direction on content creation, tuning, and live operation.

Key responsibilities

Game Design
