We are seeking a highly skilled YouTuber Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, growth, and conversion on our YouTube channel.

This is a direct response role using YouTube as the platform. You will combine educational, story-driven content with proven direct response principles to guide viewers from watching to subscribing and taking action.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in copywriting and strategy, specifically in the info-products and coaching space. They must have prior experience scripting or outlining for YouTube channels and VSLs, and understand how to design content to capture leads and convert them into customers.

We are looking for someone who can own YouTube strategy end-to-end – from content ideas to scripting to conversion optimization – and help us scale both reach and revenue.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop structured video outlines to educate, engage, and convert viewers into leads/call bookings.
  • Balance channel growth (views, retention, CTR) with business outcomes (leads, booked calls, closes).
  • Research competitors and audience pain points to guide video topics with the highest conversion potential.
  • Script content with strategic CTAs designed to funnel viewers into lead magnets, webinars, or calls.

Requirements:

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Fluent in English.
  • DIRECT RESPONSE EXPERTISE: 3+ years of experience writing/scripting with the goal of generating leads/sales.
  • YOUTUBE KNOWLEDGE: Experience scripting or strategizing content for YouTube (business/education/consulting channels preferred).
  • CONVERSION-ORIENTED: Strong understanding of funnels, CTAs, lead generation, and nurturing via content.
  • ANALYTICAL: Comfortable using YouTube Analytics to track both growth and conversion metrics.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to blend storytelling with direct response – making content that entertains, educates, and converts.
