We are looking for a highly skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, including creating and maintaining accurate employee files and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department
- Create and maintain accurate employee files and records
- Support data entries in our Information System (HRIS - SAP Success Factors)
- Deliver and collect required documents related to employee files
- Act as HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and smooth operations
- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT
- 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Working experience in a global community with complex matrix
- Technology-oriented
