Strategic People Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Director to partner with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Executive Team to drive the success of Wildlife's People function.
This is a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy, coaching and developing senior leaders, and building a high-performance people team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR disciplines, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards, with experience in tech and startups being a plus.
The Strategic People Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
They will also lead and manage the HR Business Partnership (HRBP) team to provide strategic support to all departments, ensuring HRBPs are effectively supporting leaders in their roles.
The role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, innovative, resilient, and adaptable, with a collaborative approach and high integrity.
