About the Role:

Betsson AB is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the social media strategy and content delivery for our Brazilian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across Latin America to translate business objectives into effective content strategies.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality audiovisual social media content production for Betsson Latam.
  • Set and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Research and recommend new social media tools and educational resources to enhance team performance.
  • Work closely with local content agencies across Latin America to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of paid social media and collaborate with paid teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field (desirable).
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and/or social media marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant social networks.
  • Strong understanding of online reach and ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies.
  • Ability to create posting, interaction, and engagement calendars to increase reach and followers.
  • Previous experience in sports marketing (desirable).
