Brazil HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to lead all employee-related activities at our local operations in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Develop and implement global HR policies and practices.
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of issues in line with labor law and company policy.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data in internal systems and external databases.
As an HR Manager, you will collaborate with both local teams and global counterparts to ensure seamless execution of HR practices across the full employee lifecycle. This role is critical to aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, People Management, or a related field.
- HR professional certification is advantageous.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR operations in a senior role, as well as experience as an HR business partner.
You should have a solid understanding of Brazilian employment legislation, payroll processes, and social security regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
As a strong cultural awareness and experience working with diverse, international teams and senior management is highly valued. Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 certified level is necessary for regular global communication.
