Security Expert, Regional Protection Lead

We are seeking a skilled Security Expert to lead the protection of our regional operations. As the Regional Protection Lead, you will oversee security functions that safeguard associates, visitors, facilities, and assets.
This strategic and operational role requires the development and implementation of security strategies throughout the region, aligning with global policies and programs to mitigate risks. You will respond to incidents, limit exposure to liability, and create secure working conditions for all employees and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate security management or law enforcement, with experience in people leadership, organizational skills, and sound judgment. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to brief at various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional security strategies, policies, and programs to mitigate risks
- Respond to incidents, limit exposure to liability, and create secure working conditions
- Liaise with local/state/federal law enforcement and external security committees/partnerships
- Contribute to the continuity and growth of the business by providing suitable security services
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate security management or law enforcement
- People leadership skills, including remote team management
- Demonstrated organization skills and sound judgment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
