Post-Production Manager Opportunity
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our post-production department, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Asset Management: Obtain assets, coordinate reviews, approvals, and feedback to ensure timely delivery.
- Rate Card Knowledge: Work knowledge of established rate cards and bid projects based on appropriate rate cards.
- Post-Production Services: Provide post-produce services for agency Broadcast Producers, including facilitating communication, obtaining assets, and arranging reviews/feedback/approvals.
- Creative Resource Management: Book/Hold Creative Resources (Edit, Motion Graphics, CG, Audio, etc.) through Studio Rx Resource Schedulers and manage resources used throughout the project.
- Project Tracking: Ensure Studio Rx jobs are running on track and delivered within budget.
- Tier 3 Project Management: Direct point person with Agency Account Teams on Tier 3 projects (low complexity).
- Vendor Engagement: Engage out-of-house vendors for finishing work when requested by Agency Broadcast Producer.
- Quality Control: Evaluate quality control and delivery specs.
