About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our organization in São Paulo. This position is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, both local and international (IFRS), and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

This role involves analyzing financial data and preparing timely reports for senior management. You will ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP) and verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.

You will also manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, maintain and oversee general ledger activities, and support internal and external audits, including documentation and process improvements. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and BPC is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
