">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Merchant Material Supply Specialist. This role will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and delivering merchant material procurement in Brazil.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collect information and track the process of merchant material procurement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all merchant material procurement in Brazil.
  • Identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly.

What We Need From You:

  1. Product Operation Experience
  • You should have experience in product operation, familiar with standard internal processes from product development to product iteration.
Merchant-Side Operations
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly in the food delivery industry is highly valued.
Knowledge of Daily Operations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants or collaborate with various internal teams to identify operational needs and pain points.
Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages.
