We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Manager to join our team at Amgen SA. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to close-out at a country level.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with global and local country teams to develop and implement country-level strategies for clinical trial execution.
- Lead and manage the planning, management, and oversight of clinical study implementation in accordance with the global program strategy.
- Communicate country-level status, including timelines and results, to key stakeholders and update relevant systems for transparency.
- Provide country-level input into the Country Operational Plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure local delivery of clinical trials.
- Support internal audit and inspection activities, and contribute to CAPAs, including leading resolution of issues when appropriate.
- Assign and deliver study support staff, and continually review country-level risk mitigation to ensure study delivery to plan.
- Build strong relationships with sites and other local stakeholders to ensure end-to-end study delivery.
- Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of clinical trials experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical trials experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical trials experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of clinical trials experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, work experience in life sciences or medical-related fields, and experience in management and oversight of external vendors.
