Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Solution Consulting oversees the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers by leading a team of Solution Consultants. This role is responsible for ensuring SCs demonstrate relevance to customers, fully discover customers' business and technical problems, and deliver exceptional presentations and demonstrations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic plans for recruiting pipeline development to meet future business demands.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to prioritize regional Solution Consulting initiatives.
  • Assign resources to sales opportunities and consistently evaluate progress against goals.
  • Manage daily operations such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.
Key Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in presales.
  • Experience managing presales teams as first-line management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Japan market and experience selling and gaining access to Japanese customers' senior management.
  • A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, provision of PaaS based solutions and broad understanding of Service Management practices.
