About the Job
We're seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Trustly. As a brand ambassador and customer champion, you will report to the Manager, Customer Support, and leverage your experience supporting customers across multiple facets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel support to customers, responding to emails, chats, and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Use a systematic approach to troubleshoot complex problems, providing solutions and educating customers on Trustly products and services.
- Own customer issues end-to-end, engaging teams within the organization to ensure timely resolution.
- Answer technical and business/financial questions related to our implementations at enterprise merchants.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Empathy, passion, and obsession for helping customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with experience supporting customers on email/chat as well as on the phone.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
- iOS or Android experience is a plus.
