Localizada em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador, procuramos por profissionais motivados para ocupar a função de E-commerce Business Analyst. Nossa equipe busca por alguém com experiência em operações de e-commerce ou varejo digital.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Marketing, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em processos de supply chain, cadastro de produtos, precificação e controle de pedidos;
  • Familiaridade com KPIs de e-commerce (SLA, NPS, RATE ETC.);
  • Excel/Google Sheets avançado e noções de Power BI ou ferramentas de analytics.
