Key Plant Leadership Role

  • Promote best practices and synergies within the region
  • Foster positive relationships with unions and employee representatives
  • Represent the organization in external stakeholder interactions
  • Secure workforce planning and succession management
  • Lead development of direct reports to maximize competencies and alignment
