Project Leader Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects on time.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project plans, monitoring project activities, and defining action plans when needed. They will also report issues and risks proactively and contribute to onboarding activities and transition phases.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans
- Maintain accurate project records
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of minimum project experience in the SAP space and 10+ years in a leadership or PMO capacity. Nice to have: PMP, CSM, CSPM, or other project management related certification.
Requirements- Advanced knowledge of program and project management discipline
- Strong leadership, business development, organizational, and interpersonal skills
This role offers remote work arrangement with occasional travels to São José dos Campos during UAT and Cutover. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
