We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Loan Officer to join our mortgage team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with referral partners, managing a database of past clients, and consistently closing a minimum of 3-5 units per month.
About the Role- Business Model: You will run your business remotely on a profit-and-loss basis under our umbrella.
- Uncapped Earnings: Earn unlimited income potential based on your performance.
- Diverse Product Offering: Offer loan products for all borrower types, providing a wide range of options for your clients.
- Team Growth: Add additional Loan Officers to your team or act as an individual Loan Officer, giving you the flexibility to grow your business.
- Ongoing Support: Receive administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate, allowing you to focus on growing your business.
- NMLS/MLO license (active and in good standing).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
