We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead with expertise in Golang to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in architecting solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency.

  • Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for multiple products;

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems, collaborate on efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution, and drive technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang;

  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements;

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work;

  • Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems;

  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture;

  • Strong understanding of database design;

  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives;

  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
