Ecommerce Chief Technology Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy, managing all aspects of technology development and operations, and leading a team of talented engineers and developers.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing ecommerce startup that values innovation and technology. As Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy, developing cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in close collaboration with the executive team
- Manage all aspects of technology development and operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and data analytics
- Lead a team of talented engineers and developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to build solutions that meet the needs of our customers and enable us to stay ahead of our competition

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on ecommerce platforms and technologies
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies, including Agile development, cloud computing, and big data analytics
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for technology development and operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
