Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track drivers to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.
  • Assign available loads to company trucks, leveraging load boards to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all load assignments, movements, and deliveries.
  • Organize and file necessary paperwork and documentation related to dispatch operations.
  • Effectively communicate with drivers, internal teams, and external contacts to resolve any issues promptly.
Working Conditions:
  • Standard Monday to Friday work schedule, 6:30am - 4:30pm CST.
  • Remote work option available.
  • 10+ paid business days off per year.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
