About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Brazil. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the research and development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with approved protocols. You will also communicate with site staff, verify investigator qualifications, and review regulatory documents.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. A bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field is required, and 2-5 years of experience in clinical monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with approved protocols;
  • Communicate with site staff and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time;
  • Verify investigator qualifications and training to ensure that they are capable of conducting the study safely and effectively;
  • Review regulatory documents, including informed consent forms and case report forms, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field;
  • 2-5 years of experience in clinical monitoring;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
