About the C-Level Headhunter Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a full-cycle recruiter for upper-level executive positions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for driving recruiting efforts from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening: Develop and implement successful and creative strategies for finding top talent, identifying qualified candidates, and conducting thorough screenings.
  • Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present findings to internal clients.

You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native/Proficient English Level: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience: Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Executive/C-Level Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment is a plus, but not required.
  • Spanish Language Skills: Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required.
