We are seeking a skilled Shoe Artisan to join our team. As a specialist in shoe repair and customization, you will deliver exceptional craftsmanship through bespoke repairs, heel swaps, and customizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft all aspects of shoe services including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services.
  • Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying customer's needs.
  • Advise customers on available services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain store standards according to guidelines.
  • Embody and transmit with passion product knowledge.
  • Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers.
  • Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high levels of customized customer service.
  • Co-create special and unique items.
  • Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
  • Participate as one team, supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
  • Follow procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities.
  • Travel to events, as needed.
  • Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating.

Additional Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred.
  • An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
  • Self-motivation with positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Other language is a plus.
