Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Authentication Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will design, improve, and lead the execution of authentication and authorization practices, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Passwordless to strengthen our security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve authentication and authorization practices to enhance our security posture.
  • Utilize Microsoft tooling and cloud-based solutions to enhance our authentication systems.
  • Maintain and improve documentation of authentication processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate security requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze authentication data, generate actionable insights, and create reports to track security performance and identify potential vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity or authentication technologies.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Ping Identity (Cloud as well as On premises) and/or related authentication technologies and cloud services.
  • Practical knowledge in modernizing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), zero trust principles, and/or related practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven security decisions.
