Job Title: Warehouse Process Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes across various shifts. This is a key leadership position that requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse managers and associates to achieve operational excellence and meet business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Advanced English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in process improvement, lean techniques, or performance metrics.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including 3x2 scale (three days on, three days off) and 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 22kg and stand for up to 12 hours.
