We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations.
This position will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations, supporting financial integrity and compliance.
- Actively contributing to daily reconciliations, accruals management, and the monthly closing process.
- Maintaining organized financial records and collaborating with internal stakeholders and auditors.
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Receive and book documents in ERP accounting system
- Accruals control and analysis
- Travel advance control and accounting
- Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing process
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Provide support for internal audits
- Organize accounting documents
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Intermediate or advanced English knowledge.
- Soft skills: good interpersonal communication skills, ability to multitask, hands-on attitude, attention to detail, high level of commitment and accountability, strong organizational skills, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability and flexibility.
