Delivery Station Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Station Manager to join our Logistics team in Mauá, São Paulo.

Job Description

This is a pivotal role within the Delivery Station, responsible for the overall management, control, organization and direction of the site. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining Health and Safety standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site and becoming proficient on specific processes and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a culture of safety on-site
  • Become proficient on specific processes and activities within the Delivery Station
  • Handle meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis
  • Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Partner closely with other support teams on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels
  • Implement progressive process change and contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the site and broader Brazil Amazon Logistics network
Requirements
  • Completed Master's degree or MBA
  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques
  • Embrace change and willing to relocate if necessary
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
